1. INTRODUCTION AND AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to PitchPilot, a service provided by [pitchpilot LLC. a Delaware Company] ("we," "us," or "our") that converts PowerPoint presentations to voice-over presentations. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PitchPilot service and website [pitchpilot.xyz] (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first create an account with the pitchpilot application.

2. ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. USE OF THE SERVICE

The Service allows you to upload PowerPoint presentations and convert them into voice-over presentations. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in your PowerPoint presentations and any other content you upload to the Service. By agreeing to these terms, the uploader maintains that they have full rights to use and modify the content created to the service. By uploading your content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;

  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others;

  • Disrupt or interfere with the Service or any network or system connected to the Service;

  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent;

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or any software used to provide the Service.

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
